Hello!

I received a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), where I got my start as a strength coach and a private gym as well as Brockport High School. I recently started at D’Youville College and will graduate as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2022.

 

Simply put, everyone needs to be strong if they desire a life without pain and injury. What we look like in the mirror is not as important as having the capabilities to go about our lives unable to perform tasks like, picking up our children or grandchildren, shoveling snow, or even just carrying the groceries.

That is why the basis of all my programs focus on getting strong at certain body movements, not just strengthening muscles. The six body movements at the heart of human movement are as follows:

1. SQUAT
2. HIP HINGE
3. LUNGE
4. PUSH
5. PULL
6. CARRY

Not only is this a good blueprint for the average gym goer to follow, it is used for elite athletes to perform at the top level, and elderly individuals build resistance and longevity in their bodies. Train with me and I will show you how to manipulate this blueprint so that you can reach your goals! I look forward to working with you!
