For more than 15 years, I have been helping people transform their health, build confidence, and achieve results through professional fitness coaching. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I have worked with student-athletes and adults from diverse backgrounds, designing programs that meet each client’s unique goals and fitness level.
My expertise includes personal training, nutrition coaching, assisted stretching, and leading dynamic group fitness classes such as HIIT, Boot Camps, and Hip Hop Step Aerobics. I believe true fitness goes beyond the gym, it requires the right combination of training, nutrition, recovery, and accountability.
