I am a NASM certified personal trainer, focused on helping others achieve a better quality of life through exercise and movement. Having worked at a gym through college, and playing college hockey until graduating, fitness has always been a pillar in my life. I enjoy weightlifting, circuits and HIIT programs and strive to help my clients hit their fitness goals with a mix of those types of workouts. 


In my spare time, you can catch me playing guitar and performing in local venues, refereeing elite level hockey, or at the dog park with my fiancé and our big baby Great Pyrenees.
